We pride ourselves in producing high quality meat at Upper Court Farm.  The animals graze the Wye Valley pastures in Clifford and on our fields below the Black Mountains.  

We are in control of the whole process so we can offer consistency in quality throughout the year and for those special occasions.  From time-honoured farming methods to the precision of our master butchers, every cut of meat is crafted with exceptional care, the flavour speaks for itself.

Upper Court Farm has been farmed by the Davies family for generations. The butchery opened in October 2025 as the natural next step to bring our quality produce to your table. We produce the finest grass-fed livestock and with our homegrown grain we produce a complementary animal feed - we control the whole process.  Bringing quality to your table, direct from our farm.
